Find the Right Item in Your Collection

You remember the watch with its original presentation box. Now you need the right record. Here’s how to find it in Item Legacy.

Start in All items, where you can search across your inventory. Open Search and filters, type watch, and choose Apply filters. Three records match this word in their saved details.

To narrow the list, set Condition to Very good and apply again. The result count drops from three to two. Both remaining records include that condition.

Now choose Value high-low. The Heritage Dress Watch moves above the Everyday Dress Watch, with recorded estimates of eight hundred seventy-five dollars and eight hundred fifty dollars.

Open the Heritage Dress Watch. Its description mentions the original presentation box, and the saved photo and item details help confirm you have the right object.

Already in a collection? Search within that collection using words in a saved name or description. Here, original presentation box brings back one of the collection’s five items.

If a search returns nothing, check your query and active filters. Clear filters removes the restrictions and returns you to the inventory. You can start again from there.

These examples use recorded text, condition, and estimated value. Keep useful details with each item, so the next time you need a record, you know where to begin.
