Every object has details worth keeping. A collection gives related possessions a place. An item gives each one its own record.
In Item Legacy, open Collections to see the groups you maintain. Here, Timepieces and Personal Objects brings watches and other personal pieces together.
A clear name, category, and description explain what belongs here. Add storage information when it helps. You can return to edit that context as the collection changes.
From this collection, choose Add item. The collection is already selected, and Watches brings up the matching fields. Start with a clear item name and quantity, then add the details you know.
For this watch, record the model, movement, case material, and strap. The record can hold more detail over time, including service information. Start with what is useful today.
Keep purchase cost separate from your current estimate. Add condition and storage when useful. A collection's storage location is a suggestion: choose Use this location to apply it to this item.
